Designed to meet our client’s specific requirements in Spain, this high-performance machine boasts several innovative features that set it apart from traditional coil feed lines.
The decoiler part of the GLK4-600 coil feed line is equipped with a hydraulic expansion system. It features an AC 5.5Kw gear motor with inverter control, which allows for smooth and precise control of the decoiling process. The big-pitch double-row chain transmission ensures reliable and stable operation, while the pneumatic disc brake provides quick and efficient stopping power when needed. The decoiling direction is counterclockwise, and a pressing arm with a motorized PU wheel helps prevent coil dispersion during operation.
The straightener feeder part of the GLK4-600 coil feed line is equipped with an auxiliary coil threading device that works in conjunction with a supporting arm to ensure smooth and efficient feeding of the metal strip from the decoiler to the straightening part. Two pitch rolls and seven straightening rolls (four up and three down, Φ68mm) ensure precise straightening and feeding of the metal strip, while a servo motor with an AC 5.5Kw drive method provides high accuracy feeding.
Customized Coil Feed Solutions
In addition to its standard features, the GLK4-600 coil feed line also boasts several customization options that make it an ideal solution for a wide range of production needs. The decoiler loading system can load a 10-ton coil, and the Spanish operation control makes it easy to use for our clients in Spain. The customized memory function can save 99 mold sections, with each mold section can set 10 feeding steps, allowing for quick and efficient switching between different production runs.
