A 7-ton uncoiler machine is ready for delivery from our factory. It’s capable of uncoiling coil stock with width up to 800mm. It has a hydraulic drive coil loading car with a limiting device. The moving distance is about 2.4m.
The expanded range of decoiler shaft is from 470mm to 520mm. There’re four pieces of “A” type metal frame to help to locate the coil stock. Also, there’s a pneumatic drive coil pressing arm and a pneumatic support arm for smoothly coil threading. All the operations are handled by a simple remote handle.
