This is a common electrical lamination stamping line, located in one of our customer’s factory. It has the following HongEr coil equipment:

Double decoiler machine

The most common type is passive double decoiler, it’s manual expansion, has no motor. It relies on the straightener machine to pull the strip. HongEr also provides the hydraulic type high-speed double decoiler according to customer’s specific requirements.

S-loop Straightener Machine

This straightener machine has an S type loop to storge the material to meet the high-speed feeding process. It has spring type upper roller pressure and infrared loop sensing.

Cam Feeder Machine

Cam feeder is a type of conventional mechanical feeder for lamination stamping. It has stable performance with high speed and high accuracy. Moreover, the cost of a cam feeder is much affordable than a high-speed servo feeder.

Electrical steel (lamination steel, silicon electrical steel, silicon steel, relay steel, transformer steel) is an iron alloy tailored to produce specific magnetic properties: small hysteresis area resulting in low power loss per cycle, low core loss, and high permeability.

Electrical steel is usually manufactured in cold-rolled strips less than 2 mm thick. These strips are cut to shape to make laminations which are stacked together to form the laminated cores of transformers, and the stator and rotor of electric motors. —–Wikipedia
