And The structure is specially designed for secondary processing. It has 19 pieces of rollers, nine pieces of leveling rollers on the upper side, and ten rollers on the downside. The upper roller pressure is spring type. As for the roller gap adjustment, it’s adjusted by fine thread screw handwheel easily and has four dial indicator to display. With chain and precision gear drive transmission, the straightening machine achieves precision metal sheet leveling performance in 0.1mm for 100mm*100mm.
