Uncoiler leveler machine GL-300H is ready for delivery to Dubai, with loading capacity 3 ton, suitable for metal coil width under 300mm, material thickness from 0.5mm to 4.5mm.

The combined system has an integrated control system for uncoiler and leveler. All the operation is handled by a control board with easy operation and safety protection. It has an inverter for variable speed control and photoelectric loop sensor.

A hydraulic coil car will help to load the metal coil easily, and also improve the coil change efficiency. The decoiler part has a strong shaft for 3ton coil loading and a wearable pneumatic disc braking device. The HongEr designed straightening structure with air cylinder drive release ensures accuracy coil leveling.
