Precision Servo Feeders with Independent Encoders Delivered to Portuguese Customers: Improving Efficiency and Accuracy

The servo feeders are equipped with two functions in the feeding process: closed-loop and semi-closed-loop. The closed-loop function involves the feeding roller coming into contact with the material, with the feeding accuracy maintained even if the coil slips. This is ensured by an independent encoder mechanism that controls the feed length. However, the semi-closed-loop function uses the servo motor’s encoder to control the feeding size.
Using the closed-loop feeding function ensures the accuracy of the feeding process while still allowing the option to switch between “closed-loop” and “semi-closed-loop.” This provides versatility and adaptability to different production requirements during sheet metal stamping.
In addition to these features, the servo feeders offer language-switching options for Portuguese, English, Chinese, and other languages. This caters to the customer’s linguistic needs and demonstrates HE’s commitment to providing the best possible customer experience.
