Mechanical release feeder working in a European customer factory

The coil equipment in the video below is NCF series coil feeder that has been delivery to a European stamping company. It has a Yaskawa servo roller drive with a mechanical upper roller release system. The coil equipment can feed thin material at a higher speed on 30m per minute. The two durable feed rollers are treated to reach HRC 60° hardness. It has multi segments coil feeding function, and all the feeding parameters can be set on touch screen. And the Mitsubishi PLC control helps to achieve an automated coil feeding process.
