HE Metal Stamping Machine–Servo Feeders

HongEr machine equipment offers a press coil feeder machine for the coil stamping line. Our servo feeders can handle various materials like copper, stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, etc. There are two types of servo feeder as a pneumatic release and mechanical release, which can meet different coil feeding speeds required.
As we know, a servo roll feeder is a suitable press coil feeder to replace the air feeder for progressive stamping. It is an upgrade type in an automatic feeding system.
How to choose a metal stamping machine to build a full coil stamping line? Generally, we need an uncoiler and straightener machine to equip with a servo feeder for automation feeding. This production line is always required when the production capacity is high, which can not be reached by single hand punching.

HE RNC-1000 Servo Feeder Exported To Mexico

This is the second RNC-1000 servo feeder we delivered to this customer for automotive stamping. HE always takes “high quality and fast service feedback” as the principle to put our customer’s requirements first class. We are happy to have customers’ sustainability cooperation.

Specifications:

  1. Coil width: 1000mm
  2. Coil thickness: 0.3-3.2mm
  3. Feeding speed: 16m/min
  4. Feeding height adjustment: +/-100m adjusted by hand wheel
  5. Feeding program: can set up ten feeding data programs

Electrical System:

  1. Servo motor: YASKAWA/SIMENS
  2. PLC: MITSUBISHI/SIMENS
  3. HIM: Weinview/MITSUBISHI

With an individual electrical cabinet to control the servo feeding process, and can make coil feeding synchronized with press machine. Also, it is straightforward to operate a PLC program to help keep feeding data as memory.

Meanwhile, compact with an air feeder machine, this press coil feeder has high quality with very few fault rates. And it has higher feeding accuracy. What is more, it can meet the requirement of different feeding lengths in progressive coil stamping.
