This is a coil line that equips HongEr decoiler straightener and zigzag servo feeder. It used to feed coil stock in 200mm width, thickness under 3.2mm. The combined decoiler straightener equips pneumatic coil hold-down arm to add pressure on the coil surface. Air cylinder release leveling structure with quality straightening rollers for accuracy leveling. The contact sensor is applied for loop speed control. Zigzag servo feeder with standing alone control console for easy operation. It has a ± 0.1 mm feeding precision performance, with speed up to 24m per minute. The whole coil line uses international brand electric parts of the control system for easy maintenance and safety operation.
