RNC roll feeder is a servo-driven coil feeder designed by HongEr technical team. It uses a servo motor to control the index position of the feeding rollers. The servo drive unit starts its motion when receiving the signals from the press machine.
This servo feeder is RNC-500 with a standing base that has been delivered to a precision stamping company in Indonesia. It works with the AIDA press machine for the electronic parts stamping line.
It can deliver the metal strip with sufficient precision into the tool and die, able to process the sheet thickness from 0.2mm to 3.2mm.
