The servo feeder RNC-500B can feed the coil with max. width 500mm, at thickness 0.5-4.5mm.
Different from the standard GL models, the GL-500F is a customized type. The standard GL is used for decoiling the coil at thickness 0.3-3.2mm. The customized GL-500F can be used for decoiling the coil at thickness 0.5-4.5mm, which is with the same straightening capacity of the GL-H, but the machine structure is the same as the GL.
For different materials, customers can choose the option parts according to their requests.
- The coil car
When loading the coil weight more than 3 tons, the coil car can make the operation more easily and safely.
- The hydraulic expansion
The decoiling mandrel can be expanded with the power of a hydraulic cylinder. Comparing with manual expansion, it is labor-saving and safer.
- The Siemens servo motor and PLC
For our standard RNC, the servo motor and drive are from YASKAWA, and the PLC is from Mitsubishi. We can replace them with Siemens or other brands according to customer’s requests.
