Automatic manufacturing process

This high-speed line is designed for automatic laminating of motor cores, and other structure parts need skewed, rotating and automatic stacking rivets.

When the strip material comes out of the coil material by a double decoiler, it will be straightened by a leveling machine with S-loop rack. Then it will be feed by a coil feeder and enters into the progressive dies.

The motor core/ rotor stator punching can be completed continuously: Punching–Forming –Finishing–Trimming–Automatic lamination–Blanking with skewed laminations–Blanking with rotary laminations or other blanking processes. The entire process is automatic.

High-efficiency and high-precision performance

This cam feeding line can feed the metal coil at the speed of 60m per minute, and the stamping is generally in the range of 200 to 600 times/min, which ensures s a high efficiency of production.

The coil feeder that used in this line is a mechanical cam feeder, which is reliable with a meager failure rate and very high precision feeding performance.

1. Double Decoiler

It used to uncoil the metal strip from coil material, and the twin head type will improve the efficiency of changing the coil.

The S-loop straightener is specially designed to straighten the metal strip for high-speed motor core lamination stamping. S-loop rack can storage the material to ensure high-speed feeding, and it equips photoelectric sensor for loop control.

4. High-Speed Stamping Press

The high-speed press machine body is made by high intensive cast iron, through natural environment eliminates stress to enhance machine durability.
